“Achieving your dreams” certainly seems like pretty lofty ambition – and perhaps not like the kind of thing that you can make happen just by tweaking a few elements of your life here and there.

Identify your priorities, and give yourself permission to do less
It stands to reason that your life will be significantly more straightforward when you are doing fewer things on a daily basis – although it’s probably fair to say that “doing less” isn’t typically the first thing that comes to mind when people are considering ways of enhancing their likelihood of achieving their dreams.
Your energy and time in life, however, are the kinds of things that are most effective when they are most concentrated and focused.
