Work in progress

These candles are by Jonathan Adler but the wax is actually inside and the faces are porcelain jars you can use again after the candle is finished burning.

I drink a lot of espresso and and this cup designed with the spoon in mind is my new favorite thing to drink it out of.

Favorite face lotion and necklace

Mini Patron.

I like to eat soft-boiled eggs for breakfast and this carved out ceramic cube comes with its own salt shaker.

100% pure chocolate, its not sweet at all and is used for garnishes/flavoring food rather than for eating.

This bag is the perfect thing for me right now because its small and it fits a phone, credit cards, some lipstick…and yea, that’s it. I used to carry ‘everything but the kitchin sink’ in my bags (too much makeup, and makeup explosions) but now I know the easiest way to FIND stuff is to only carry things you really need.

New necklaces I’ve been working on. These are like enlarged pendant versions of my rings from my ring post. I guess I’ll post more photos later (of them worn) when I have more time.

Favorite Candles…My favorite scents are Baies though..

iPad bag, Chanel quilted purse, Chain stitch clutch, and Eye clutch. Three bags I’ve made so far.

Inspired by my Chain Stitch Jacket from a while ago.

I wanted to use a tassle for the zipper but couldn’t really find a nice one I liked so I made my own chain tassles from the same chains used to stitch the bag.

Two of the plainest things I’ve ever designed. Its like visual deprivation.

First photo describes some of my “favorite things” at the moment… Most of them consist of candles. And some 100% pure chocolate, patron, a lotion that makes my face smell like macarons, gridded necklaces and shoes, egg stand, hand candle, espresso cup, eye clutch, luxirare bracelets, and my eye clutch.

WHEN WILL YOU HAVE A STORE
I love your blog, definitely…My latest post, on my blog, speak about you…
Very beautiful things in your post. Thanks for that, because your images inspire me (i’m artist)…

Where did you get that candlestick holder – the one in the shape of a hand? It’s absolutely phenomenal.
Please let me know! Great post, btw. Thanks!

Too…many…beautiful…things…brain…overload!
so inspiring, I really like your blog
Very cool collection. Also, if Lady Gaga ever requested a design from you, would you do it?
A. I am in love with everything you…
B. Where do you find mini Petron bottles?
Do I spy Cannabis Rose?
LOVE this post. My favorite definitely has got to be the tea cup with the built in spoon….I know I really love something when I can picture myself using it! Great finds!
love the eyeclutch…would love to see what it looks like inside.
hey lux. is that in ur room or studio? just wondering what style decor u go for. any chances of a decor post of ur home?
neat!
ahh you’re so lovely.
Sensory overload! Best eye-candy in a long time. I think I want everything you own.
You certainly have a very defined taste in things. It would be great to see a ‘favourite kitchen tool’ post from you.
@ anastassia ah hah you just gave me an idea for a post…I think.
Oh! the chain clutch is sort of similar to a bag I’m designing right now!
Willie’s Cacao makes the best hot chocolate you have ever ever had, not hat it’s the season for it. Bitter and dark and properly chocolatey, not like the commercial stuff. Add honey for sweetness and plenty of powdered chilli: http://postjazz.blogspot.com/2009/10/hot-chocolate-but-this-time-with.html
@Hazel oooo thanks for linking that post!
J’adore.
Funny you should post this, yesterday I was at the liquor store marveling at Patron’s marketing— have you seen the neon boxes? It was a pretty strong visual ploy to make me want to purchase them in triplets. Lauren
I love the way you’ve arranged everything on the shelves – I love posts full of *stuff*. The candles are my favorite, especially the hand.
Ji,
Stunning as always you might appreciate the rings in my newest post if you havent checked it out already. raw crystal, just lovely.
and the pony skin bag and your platforms are not visual deprivation.
They are stimulating because of the materials and the construction, oh what i would do to see your stitching up close..
Cheers,
Madeleine Louise
Your new bags go hand in hand with the incredible Margiela artisanal collection that was just presented. Bravo.

Particularly love the post on the platforms you made – beautiful x
What’s the green bottle next to the chocolate?
@cole that is Cannabis Rose perfume from Fresh
Fuck! You’re so talented!
I literally love everything you produce! No joke. I really wanted the blue foxtail, but couldn’t afford it at the time. One day I will buy one of your great pieces. Keep up the brilliant work. xxxx
I second Mea on a makeup post or maybe a skincare one!
visual deprivation – after all the things you spoil us with I think the iPad case and the boots almost serve as palette cleansers!
Loved it. Everything looks so great.
An incredible post! quite a specific question: where did you find the silver end caps for the chain tassles you made? I’ve been trying to find something like this for jewellry everywhere.
Beautiful photos. What a wonderful post, and I love all of the items you featured in this post. Your sense of style and taste are impeccable. Thank you for the post.
Dana
@Dreamy-
I may be loading those into the materials section of my shop. Keep those eyes peeled!
@Dana
Thank you
What are those candles called? I’ve been trying to find them everywhere!
@Suzza Dyptyque
The chain stitched bag is amazing! I don’t even understand how you would do that. I bought a charm bracelet recently from Persona World so ive been obsessed with pendents and charms and i couldn’t take my eye off those spiked rings…now those necklaces. Your so creative! please keep the designs coming.
-Rachel
I love your blog, and it also inspires me, in my spare time I make jewellery and sell it , but I was just wondering how you connected the chains onto the cover thingy on your chain tassel key ring ?? I’ve always wanted to know
i want the chanel bag
The cup and saucer with the spoon… I had soup in a larger bowl with a soup spoon in the restaurant at the Palace de Versailles last year… loved the style and loved the gardens.
Would love to see a luxirare store.
Hey I like everything you do! Keep it up!
Come and visit my new website: http://themensworld.webs.com/
