Simple texas toast breakfast by the computer while I start my morning. E-mail and my favorite blogs of course. Texas toast is one of my favorite things to pick up at the supermarket, it is very, what do you call it, ‘America’. And by the time I am done it will be hard to tell it was Texas Toast.
Things I will add to my… toast, eggs, prosciutto, mozzarella, kind of making a sandwich here with just one piece of bread.

At the end just top with egg over easy, parmesan, and truffle oil. Cheese melted, add some chopped basil and prosciutto, and grate the parmesan over the egg. I am really finished with truffle oil I think, enough is enough, right? Things are always good in the beginning, and then you’re just..tired of it.
But…Champagne, I won’t ever get sick of this. I like to put this in the freezer for about 15-30 minutes before breaking it open, makes it so cold and crisp.
I think it would be a nice idea to have a champagne six-pack package, since these little bottles are small enough for that, almost like beer bottles. Thanks for reading, more soon.
