Low ‘n Pointy
Can you believe I bought these shoes in highschool? I never sold them or got rid of them because I just knew…KNEW that I’d wanna pull them out from my dusty closet again.

My favorite are these gucci loafer mules from…2002…haha.

Brown snakeskin pointy toe heels, YSL. Leopard ankle boots, vintage. Loafer mules, Gucci. Pants, Luxirare.

good old days… my childhood. scary.
i LOVE low and pointy. so sexy. so ugly. so… “retro”…
Oh! those Guccis are the most exquisitely dirty chic shoes I’ve seen in a long time …
.. seeing that I have a new post to read from your blog is like having a little truffle oil on toast … luxirare. Lovely post !
I remember thinking I was so cool to wear pointy heels to school with my flares.
I have some similar “low pointy” shoes that i have had forever and I LOVE THEM still…..thanks for reassuring me that I am not “style retarded”!!
i immediately scrolled to the end of this post to see who made your pants. . . well duh! you did!
These shoes give an edge really.
I so have a few secret pairs of these heels. I never wear them outside of work though as the shape feels so corporate.
I love pointy shoes, especially in men’s boots. It is such a rarity now-a-days.
So you were always stylish-ed!!!!
I love pointy toed shoes, but low heels always look weird to me. They look amazing here though.
@zellain
No I totally know what you mean, it’s like wearing midget pumps or something.
@luxirare ahhahaha!! so true ^^
theyre also a bit awkward to walk with..
the shot with the leopard ankle boots looks..so COOL!!
basically like a rockstar. and you rock them well.
I have a similar pair somewhere in my closet and I was thinking the same thing as you. I want to keep them.
love love love those leopard ones. purrfect. I’ve been looking for a pair just like that actually.
I’ve always been into really pointy shoes, and definitely had a few in the same shape as those leopard boots! Speaking of high school shoe shenanigans, I remember finding these patent leather opened toed skanky pumps (in both red & black) at a goodwill, and wearing the red ones to math class in 10th grade along with ripped fishnets that I cut to calf-length. Oh youth.
Such dainty feet!
And here’s more evidence of how chic you are! Unlike you , I didn’t keep most of my old pointy shoes, and now I bitterly regret giving them away… Holding onto my BCBG slingbacks and a leopard printed Guiseppe Zanotti kitten heeled pair for dear life!
Looking for a look like this but not sure how to put it all together? Go check out Fashion-ade.com and add a look like this to your virtual closet!
Pretty shoes! I would buy these to go with my new silver jewelry that i bought from westcoastsilver.com
The one thing I’ve learned over the years is that everything comes back into style. I’ve held onto a pair of Nine West pointy-toe mules with little thin patent leather bows for YEARS. And then, last winter, Prada does all those shoes with pointy toes and little bows . . . You can bet I dusted those puppies off and wore them around like they were brand new!
Great pants, by the way!
When I was still studying, I see this types of shoes being worn by women wearing their corporate attire and I thought I would never one of those. But as soon as I got a job, I started wearing them. I think pointy shoes are fine and elegant. I love them. Also, I would like to suggest http://www.lifo.com. It’s a fun site for girls where they can share ideas about beauty and fashion. I’m pretty sure they’ll share their opinions about this one.
