Japanese ice cream cookies
Here is just one very efficient way to serve a dessert, this is just your run of the mill ice cream cookie, but with chocolate biscuits and green tea ice cream. Japanese style.

Serve with raspberries and sauce if you like..

And yes, they are bite sized, I assume this would be fun for kids..But not the sake of course…

You can also dust some green tea powder to finish. Some people don’t like the taste of green tea powder…

Some gold leaf sake.

And the key word today is efficient. I recently got addicted to these japanese snacks called “Galbo Chips”. They are basically miniature slices of bread, soaked in chocolate, then hardened. Everytime I buy these they are always sold out….But then an idea went off in my head, since chocolate goes very well with green tea ice cream..

Thanks for reading.

I freaking love Galbo. I had no idea they made chips too! Have you tried the normal candy version? Also, where did you buy the chip version?
