What kinda cheese is that? Im a vegetarian but I’d eat this no question. I guess I’m not really a vegetarian though… I always eat peking duck and I’ll have filet mignon sometimes. How did you get into “fine” foods? Just curious.

This is my favourite kind of a quickie dinner-wise In Italian it’s “bresaola”, though.
