Cinnabon Fever
I know this is cliche, but I love the holiday season. Mild depression lurking, everyone is a little more boozed up than usual, and there’s that requisite gift giving which is pretty awesome- Though my family drives me crazy I also love spending quality time with them… I don’t know what it is about December, but it makes me crave Cinnabon like no other. If you grew up in suburbs and frequented malls, you are probably well acquainted with Cinnabon..They make the most nefarious cinnamon rolls and I mean that in the best way possible. There is one at Port Authority now, just in case you wanted to know….
My favorite way to enjoy cinnabons are with some of my favorite champagne of course, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Champagne Brut Rose

Nearly everyone I know scrapes this off before eating the cinnamon roll.

……………………………………………………………….Dead……Sorry to do this to you right now if you are hungry..don’t kill me.

Sigh..
They’re pecanbons are so delish albeit diabetes-inducingly sweet. My sister has a fav franchise at one of the malls where the guy takes the time to assemble it with tons of extras. It’s practically swimming in sugar, just the way my younger sister likes it. She often makes it at home to satisfy her cravings (we actually have some downstairs)
The smell always gets to me.
Making them at home is always a fun treat too. I’m sure you’d have a cool spin on your own cinnabon dessert.
have you ever seen louis ck’s joke about cinnabon? a little “off-color” but i think he’s funny. anyway, he would probably feel better about himself if he saw how you classed it up in this post.

there is absolutely nothing ‘off-color’ about Louis C.K. he is hands down the funniest person alive, no contest.
These photos are killing me and I’m not even hungry!
I’m from Australia and have never tried cinnabon. Looks amazing though!
Seriously?! There’s one in chadstone shopping mall.. They’re to die for!
I love the middle, that’s the best part!
I’ve never seen cinnabons look that good
OMG! Looks amazing. Where can I find a recipe (as I´m quit sure that Cinnabon doesn´t have a store in DK just yet)?
Sweet wind cries Mary – Cinnabon’s are the DEVIL’S work. Soooo soooo good. Your shoes aren’t half bad either.
merci!

Where did you get those flutes?!
I believe you can do this. I dare you to put together an insane concoction! I know you want to do some truffle infused butter.
ahh.. a familiar treat. they always called to me while i was in Manila, even out of sight – they grabbed me by its wafting cinnamon-caramel scent
My favorite high-low pairing in ages. Also love champagne with potato chips. Or… champagne with just about anything.
Cinnabons are the best in the winter, hands downs. Those shoes are so nice though!!
Yum. How was it?
Omg, that looks delicious and I don’t even like sweet things! Shame I can’t try it.. no Cinnabons in Oz.
I’ve never had a Cinnabon but I’ve seen the shops everywhere…I’ve always purchased the Pillsbury frozen cinnamon buns and 20 minutes later I’m very happy. Your first picture if my favorite…it says a lot about you, it’s awesome. Looooove the shoes. which designer? xx
ok that’s it.
off to the kitchen to make cinnabuns.
My favorite thing to bake is cinnamon rolls and I have a recipe that, no joke, rivals Cinnabon. When I get home from work, I’ll post it. It requires a few special ingredients that can be purchased from whole foods.
I call them Sinny Rollz. Stay tuned. -Karen
PLISSSSS SHARE YOUR RECIPE WITH ME…. karlalizetteqg@gmail.com
I love the way that you mix pedestrian food with gourmet pairings. The McDonald’s fries with truffle killed me, too.
I have “almost” missed many flights at Miami Int’l as a result of stopping to purchase a Cinnabon before boarding my plane lol
I NEED those fab champagne flutes in my life!
AHMYGAD i love Pecanbon! Have even started an unofficial pecanbon fan club amongst some fash-lovin girls where i’m at in KL
:O where did you get the glass cup, it so beautiful. goin to purchase a cinnabon later the day.
